NEW - Car Show Reservation System

We’re excited to introduce our new online reservation system for booking parking spots at the Belmont Shore Car Show! This system is designed to make it easier for you to select and reserve a specific, numbered parking spot directly from a map. Please review the steps below to understand how it works and what to expect

How to Reserve Your Spot:

  1. View the Show Map
    You’ll start by viewing an interactive map that shows all available parking spots at the show.

  2. Pick Your Spot
    Click on any available spot on the map to see its number and location. When you click it, you’re selecting that exact space for your car.

  3. Reserve and Pay
    Once you’ve chosen your preferred spot, you’ll complete your reservation by entering your information and making payment online.

  4. Confirmation
    After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your assigned spot number and event details. Please keep this email.

What to Expect:

  • Your spot is guaranteed and held only once your payment is completed.

  • Spots are first-come, first-served, so if you want a specific space, we recommend booking early.

  • All spots are individually numbered – there’s no need to guess where to park.

  • You’ll park in the exact spot you selected during booking.

Day of the Show:

  • Bring your Ticket (printed or on your phone).

  • Enter the show and follow signs or staff directions to your assigned numbered spot.

  • Enjoy the show with confidence knowing your space is waiting for you!

  • No tent, table, chairs or electricity are supplied or available. If you need electricity you will have to provide your own QUIET generator.

  • No Refunds – Show will be open Rain or Shine.

  • In consideration of inclusion as a vendor in the car show the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Long Beach, the Belmont Shore Business Association, its members, agents & employees, Zentgraf Real Estate LLC dba The Belmont Shore Car Show, its agents & employees from and against all liability of loss that the vendor and/or vendor’s guests, including family and relatives, and/or its customers may sustain or incur as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments arising from vendor’s involvement in the car show.
